thanks for everyone who said congrats.... because i didnt think i could make it past the first day of sobrity.... but then one day passed then another and another and another.....


ONE DAY AT A TIME.....


and yes Geo... i share atleast once a week in AA meetings, and if i dont share, i will read the 12 tradiions or the promises.... or something like that... or i will make and pass out the coffee..... (the one bad habbit i have, is i bum ciggerets off of everyone at my home group... today im gonna go buy 2 packs of ciggerets... and just pass them out... like candy LOL)

i second that...it helped me get off smoking cigarettes, just endlessly played it and addiction was gone, suprisingly easier than i thought.
