I got some friends with benefits. We all understood that we don't let our emotion take over. We treat each other like good friends. Been going on for awhile. Never had to worry about getting into serious relationship since we all don't want that. Now, If one is in a new relationship.. then we just hang out as a friends till that person no longer in the picture. We human have needs.
I have an ex whos now a fuck buddy. but were not friends. we call, hook up, and move on. he's attached to me but he wouldn't dare give it up.
ive had a handful..the majority of my sexual life has been involved with non dating situations. heh, more fun that way
with a couple ex's I have...and with friends I have...I don't really ever have any problems with attachment, but I do sometimes find myself getting somewhat jealous if that person is around other guys or something...friends with benefits is the best way to do it though..
I can relate it to a cingular gophone...it can be like having a real girl, only there's no contracts or annual fees..:D :thumbsup:
I have had them in the past....usually it doesn't work cuz someone will get attached and hurt in the process. I don't engage in that anymore,as I'm in a monogamous relationship now.However,I would not have that with an ex...once I'm done,I'm done.I do still have some friends from then and they are still acquaintences and it's just not discussed.So it doesn't upset who they happen to be with now.:)
As much as I like the idea, it seems to never work out to well in practice for me. Somebody always gets hurt, and I lose a friend one way or the other.
always a bad choice... humans aren't actually designed that way despite what you are told... lol
that being said, i do the FWB thing often... but i am jaded, so i haven't been attatched to a woman in over 7 years... so i just play the game to get mine, they always say they can handle the situation, but if you make love good enough, and are cool, they always get attatched... i love it when they find someone else, and then they feel like they have to get rid of me... lol
Ive had 2 situations like that, 1 was a girl Id known since 5th grade and she always had a crush on me, we messsed around for 2 weeks, and then went of to mess around with abou 8 other guys in about 2 monthes. The other of mine is an ex, but I guess its more than friends with benefits. We arent offically boyfriend and girlfriend, but I still care for her, we just moved our seperate ways after highschool. I still see her pretty regularly though.
My exes are exes for a reason. No second chances. And seeing as how I absolutely love the idea of giving a woman the most pleasurably intense and orgasmic time of her life, I havent found a woman that I think would be able to do the FTF thing. I dont want to hurt anybody. Its been like 5 months though, so wouldnt it be nice if I found the perfect friend with benefits? I know that its not a reality, though. People seem to get attached to me easily with just a conversation :(
