Don't you only hurt the server when you pull info off the site? Like if you just load a page and leave it there it won't hurt the server after you load it because you already got the info?

I dont know Jack Herer OR Jack Shit but it seems to me that the site autologs in and out, and uses up the server even while idle. How else does/could my computer pull up other peoples new posts?

To clear this up, closing the window or navigating to another site logs you out, you don't have to do it manually.
I don't think being logged in has any effects. As far as I know there's not a log in capacity? I could be wrong. But the only way I could think of the server becomming so busy is when a mass of people keep making requests from the forum, such as posting, searching, and looking through threads.
It doesn't, for instance, if you went to the main lounge you would see all the posts that were up at that moment, but then you would have to refresh the page to see all the new threads again.Quote:
