What you want is super bright, flat titanium white. If it has a yellow tint, it will not reflect as well.Quote:

well if you dont mind may i say something go with hid lighting ebay has great deals on hps and mh lights i would buy a 400 watt hid light for your space though flouros do run cooloer than hid lights but ive never used em to grow with so i dont know your question
I like the 105 watt 6500k CFL's for vegging, Have never tried CFL's for flowering though. I would look for something in the 3600K-4700K range for the redder spectrum.
