Legality of minors smoking mint (leaves)

I cant see any reason why smoking mint would be illegal. Go blaze a big mint bong (clean bong) in your local police station.

You gotta be 18 to have a pipe anyways. At least in most states. That's why the minimum age to buy paraphernalia is 18.
