Thats great man, so does that mean you support the Patriot Act after it blatantly destroys the Bill of Rights? You are no patriot or true American if you support that illegal legislation. Just because it won't effect you personally this instant, doesn't mean it still doesn't affect you in the long run.

But what if I have to do a report for class and it involves drug legalization or terrorism? I drive my little behind to the library to get books than. But than I am subject to monitoring under the Patriot Act because those are considered "terrorist activities". Fucking ridiculous and ludicrous if you ask me.

And it has already been admitted by the government that your phone calls were monitored by the NSA during the illegal warrantless wiretaps using certain key words like drugs, bomb, etc to analyze the calls. Are there really enough people in the world to do that? Geez!!

Sorry, but you must have a warrant to do that.....plain and simple....period......end of argument. They really should read the US Constitution...especially that little part called the 4th amendment which makes a search illegal without having a warrant or any probable cause.

This isn't about keeping us safe. It's about government control.

Iran never threatened to take away our freedom and neither did Osama or Saddam. I have never heard of this. I am open to this if you can provide documented facts, via websites, speeches, etc, that reinforces your premise they want to take away our freedom. That would be much appreciated.
