I agree. Beasters are often misleading. They LOOK like they would be good, but they really aren't. They taste like sulfer at times from not being flushed, and it usually crackles when you smoke it, from it not even being all the way dry. The high is boring and generic, and lasts like they said an hour. Unfortunately it's usually sold as dank, just because of it's looks.
You'll get much higher, getting something from mexico usually, lol.

I usually pay $200 CDN for an ounce of very nice stuff. My dealer just had a shit-end bag from his connections, that's all.
No lie, that looks exactly like the Canadian import that this one dealer who usually has amazing strains has had for the past month. I was getting it again and again, and then switched to Highland Oaxacan and Colombian Punto Rojo, much cheaper, and actually HIGH, lol.
I'm pretty sure all of that is grown in huge warehouses by the vietnamese in canada.
In a "good" way does it smell like hay? Not much of a taste at all, but still alright/somewhat pleasant? And like you said, still wet. I had to break mine up, like you did, and leave it out, in order for it to somewhat dry.
I'm seriously amazed, because the stuff you posted is going around HEAVILY in the states. It all looks exactly the same. I know several other people from different states, getting the exact same thing as well.
Unfortunately that dealer stopped dealing altogether last week, as he's moving to montana at the end of the summer. Well at least no "red haired beaster" as I've decided to call it. He used to get good Cali shit too, but now I'll have to grow my own to get high quality, or just get imported sativas.
