Ever dislocate a body part?
Frequently.
My neck, shoulders, elbow, knees , thumb, etc.
The worst is my back. It can go out at the drop of a hat.
One minute I'm fine, and the next I can't lift my coffee cup, or move from my chair.
Then there's my hip. I'll be walking along and then all of a sudden it's like my leg is three inches shorter and isn't even attached to me anymore, and down I go.
Ever dislocate a body part?
I dislocated my shoulder(s) when I was younger and I remember it being one of the most intensely painful moments in my lifetime. It sucked.
Ever dislocate a body part?
My knee it was the worst pain I ever felt.

Ever dislocate a body part?
Thanks for all the war stories- many far worse than mine! I can't even imagine a dislocated shoulder- yikes! That would be horrible - like a puppet with broken strings!
I guess I am lucky it didn't hurt more than it did- it was rather strange to just push it back into place, but I was afraid if I didn't it might stay that way forever, and it just looked SO creepy, like something out of a horror movie...but it didn't really hurt a lot until it started to swell. That's what makes me feel it isn't broken. But it still looks like a kielbasa! A kielbasa making an obscene gesture;)
Ever dislocate a body part?
not me
i saw it happen to a teamate on the wrestling team in high school.
his elbow was dislocated in practice, when he was violently pushed to the mat
i only got bloody noses when i wrestled that same opponent and met the mat, quickly
