I'm in an unusually good mood.

Im in a pretty good mood for being on lock down and having some felonies hanging over my head.

I always try to be in a good mood.
If I find myself in a bad mood, I remind myself of the good things.

but i went from smoking a pack a day to having my last pack for 6 days. that is whats hard about it

oh word. i thought you were just quitting cold turkey. if thats the case then the hardest part is over with. good luck! i only made it four days before i stopped giving a shit.

isn't the threshold for quitting exactly 4 days? like, if you make it over that hump you're more likely to be free for good?
