I forgot where I learned this one but here's a good BLT recipe...
Cut up a Jalapeno pepper and mix it with the amount of mayo for however many sanwiches you're making. Slice your tomatos, lettuce. Fry your bacon and near the end sprinkle a bit of brown sugar onto it. Don't let that shit get too hot or cook it much longer or it will be quite a pain in the ass to clean later. Drain the bacon, don't set it on paper towels too long or it will stick. Then just put it on your bread.
I like the deli style bread used for subs broiled in the oven until its crisp but still a bit chewy... I don't know why I typed out this recipe but it's damn good I promise.
