Ofcourse i wear a seatbelt in a car. However, public transport buses don't have any...

Why would anyone travel in a car and not wear a seatbelt ? First and foremost from a safety standpoint and secondly as P4b pointed out don't give the law anything to single you out for.

I always wear a seatbelt..

Feels wrong, if I don't.. I just got used to it.. It always pissed me off at first, but not anymore.. Plus, my car has one of those annoying "BIP BIP BIP BIP BIP BIP" things if I don't have it on..:p

I knew a person whose car sank and the seat belt prevented them from escaping.

Exactly my situation word for word.

I admit, i dont wear seatbelts. Never have. It used to optional.

The only time i have worn a seatbelt is when im going over 100, like when i had a fiesta ST.

But when theres other people in the van i make them wear it, especially if it's my little cousins.

If i get hurt thats my own choice, but i dont want anyone getting hurt coz they were wearing one.

It's the first thing I do when I get into a car, force of habit now.

Regardless, I'd still rather come out with broken bones and or bruises than be dead. A belt is a belt, and that's all that's on offer to us at the moment. N' no matter what you say, it's better than not wearing one at all.
