The trick, that's missing from that article, is that he sold them as "Chong's Bongs".

The word Bong is slang, and in The Man's eyes, illegal.

It's a water pipe. Or a super pipe.

BUT it is in fact legal to sell pipes in the US. As long as it's a pipe. Not a bong, bubbler, or anything 'Slang'.

in kansas starting july 1 any "open mouth waterpipes" are illegal to sell. making bongs and bubblers illegal. screens and randy's are also illegal. you can still get them online though

why dont you just buy rolling papers what are you some kind of a shut in. and i have never seen a site shipping bubblers or bongs based out of us. yes, they are legal to sell, but are they legal to ship. just like someone else said look what happened to chong

grasscity.com i ordered a glass pipe and a bong off of there and it showed up in 3 days. and what the fuck are you freaks talking about? whats the difference between a headshop online selling bongs and pipes and the difference between a headshop downtown selling bongs and pipes? They all say its supposed to be used for tobbaco only so its perfectly legal. And that fuckin link that was posted earlier is three years old.

Grasscity is not a U.S. based company, which is what this thread was about.

U.S. companies can not sell bongs, or even roach clips, through the mail.

Well does it matter that much if its US based or not? I still ended up with my order in three days. Even US based thats fast as shit for not paying extra money for faster shipment.
