the bowl was hidden under a seat and they asked my friend to search the car cause they found blunt guts under the car so he was like sure search the car

i got 6 months probation, had to take 4 drug classes, $150 fine, and 24 hrs community service

this was for a paraphenelia citation. which sounds like what you got, not arrested. you'll be ok. you can also get your record expunged once probation is up. just dont fuck up.

probable cause would of been the dutch or the blunt guts

some places(i've heard in maryland), blunt guts are considered paraphenelia. bullshit, yes.

Everybody thinks that you can say no to a cop when they ask to search your car. They think if you say no that the cop just walks away. They call the dogs and then detain you and your car until the K9s arrive. The dog will sniff around, find a seed or a tiny piece of bud then bark and sit and then they have every right to rip your car apart in a search.

The police did have probable cause, the smell of MJ is probable cause. The phone call and description was probable cause. You say no and then they find something you are going to jail son.
