First time with rock wool.
Thanks for the compliment. :)
I like NL, grew a flavour of it several years ago. Heavy yielder- blessing and curse. Some flavours are not so good at bud rot or other mould resistance due to the massive buds the strain can produce. Keep the humidity down in the flowering area as best you can- 40% if you can manage it.

My grow rooms like to stay at 30-35% humidity.
AL. this is my first time with NL. Does this strain stink very much when flowering? I grow in an apartment. This will be my second grow in this place. On my first grow I got almost 5 OZ from 3 plants, and the smell was not that bad at all. I did notice it when I walk into the apartment, but not bad at all.

30-35% is great, especially for plants in late flower with heavy bud development. She'll be right to keep bud mould down. :)
NL can be stinky, but I agree with you, it's not as pungent as some I've grown, like the Sweet Tooth #4 I'm running now. The ideal for security's sake is zero scent, but you're the best judge of your situation. If you think that unfriendly noses won't pick it up, that's your call. Apartment life can be dicey when growing because maintenance can let themselves in to most apts without notifying you.
Carbon filters are simple to fabricate and are very effective, at least until the carbon needs replacement. I like UV ionisers because they don't impede airflow like filters.
Your call, matey, but it's always smart to give the bastards nothing to go on. ;)

I already have an activated carbon filter. and My manager is pretty cool. we have went and had beers and such, and he knows to never go into my place with out my permition unless the building is going to burn down or something. I will just play it one day at a time.

When I grew in apts, I used the old Cold War maxim 'trust but verify.' I changed the friggin' lock and put the original one back in when I moved out. :D

hahaha. yah. might be a god idea to change the locks.
