Dude, he's Canadian, that's so not illegal. The current laws set out by the conservative government say it's all legal as long as you're within 5 years of each other. The age of consent under the Liberals was 14, but I don't know if that's been changed (I think it should). I think the age has been raised to 16 here in Canada because it was a big debate.
