nope... just happens when u get caned or high when you're not used to it. Your heart beats at a normal rate but you just hear it beating faster in you're head for some reason... nothing to be worried about weed heads... ;)
but you can actually feel it beating faster lol
ya it beats faster i think cause your not getting a lot of oxygen so its trying to pump harder to get more oxygen to your body idk
