the easiest, cheapest way to defintly pass ur piss test, done first hand
Okay, everyone, let's take it down a notch. You may be familiar with the drug detox kit "Ready Clean". Do you know what is in Ready Clean (and people say that it works)?
B vitamins, minerals, and a little bit of creatine.
So there's something to the B vitamins (niacin being one of them).
Of course you can't make your kidneys more efficient in just one day of taking health foods, but as a general rule, taking care of one's kidneys is important; multivitamins and cranberry juice couldn't hurt.
I won't say you're guaranteed to pass your test, but those are certainly well-founded suggestions.

Those are not well founded suggestions, at least the niacin. The niacin myth was started by someone who has no medical training whatsoever and by someone who charges $20,000 to join his church. Is it going to hurt, probably not but the people who are singing the praises of niacin in this thread are making it sound like it is going to make a huge difference which it is not. Cranberry juice is only good in helping prevent urinary tract infections and that is why some people think cranberry juice is going to clean you out. It has a slight diuretic quality to it so it can actually hurt you if you are doing the dilution method and you are using it as the fluid. You may get a negative dilute.
