They are usually under the counter so you gotta ask for them.

i wouldnt suggest using bags at all because having bud bagged out makes a simple possesion into a distribution but if u want to use bags why dont u just use the corners of sandwich bags its cheaper and u get 2-3 sacks outta each sandwich bag.

What about stamp bags. Those are used to deal H 'n they usually have imprints on them, I would assume they'd work for weed too. Never actually seen 'em though, just heard of 'em.
