I don't know. does it happen when you eat a pot brownie or vaporize? Sometimes my lungs feel thin and overworked and sometimes I feel it near my back when I smoke rather than vaporize.

Actually I don't hold the smoke in since something like 90% of the THC is absorbed instantly, and I rarely cough when I smoke these days. I have a vaporizer too and it did the same thing, and it's in my whole spine, back, neck, head, and arms. Plus I've smoked tobacco lots and it doesn't make anything worse.
