then comes september eleventh and the most devastating attack on american soil in modern history. gore, in his whining wheedling way, sends stern warnings to no one in particular and assures the american people that matters are well in hand. shortly thereafter comes a second attack. now considered an easy target, the us can expect to be plagued by occasional terrorist threats until it is finally roused to attack its tormentors. the outcome is the same war in afghanistan, just a little too late to save the unknown number of civilian casualties killed and maimed in the domestic attacks.
now the good news. no invasion into iraq. saddam is left to his own devices and no american caskets are sent home from his sands - yet. considering the shifting alliances of the middle east, there is no telling who iraq might join with to strike out against the west. with time to consolidate and enhance his forces under the not so watchful eye of the un, what sort of mischief do you think he could manage to get up to. after years of belligerent hide and seek with international inspectors, he can be counted on to match or exceed the nuclear intentions of his iranian neighbors. then the fun begins in earnest.
of course, this is all fantasy and worst case scenario. i'm sure that the religious zealots would never harm us once they see our good intentions. i'm sure that iraq would have become a model citizen in the global community if only they had been given half a chance. i'm sure that the world would be roses and lollipops if only al gore were president.

I don't see how just living in a state makes a person an expert as to whether or not an election is rigged. Seems to me that Gore fought and cried his lil' eyes out and it got him nowhere. It's a republican state.....face the facts.

Well, if you stopped all the blacks and poor people from voting, most all states would be republican states! Repubes are most generally richer than the average bear. This comes from more education in the wiles of the world and the fact their parents usually gave them a good send off. If your dad was rich, you have about a 99% better chance of being rich than a regular person. What pisses me off are all the stupid fucking wannabees, they'll never be rich but they dream like Repubes, and get the world stuffed up their ass along with the rest of us. By the time they figure it out, they are barely getting by on Social security and still voting for the fucking Repubes, Idiots, voting against their best interests.
