ive ordered loadsa seeds from them i am in the uk an find if you use rhino its best to phone your order through when they are available but i havnt ever had any problems from them. only good service
they usually track orders as far as im aware
one pack i never recieved this was actually my first order so was a bit scepticle but i rang them an the guy simply sent another pack asap which i got next day
they are reliable an good delivery also very good prices aqnd ive compared them with hundreds of sites rhino is one of the cheapest
im not sure about overseas but if he ships his service will be the same ( excellent)
another great seedbank i have to reccomend would be GREENHOUSE SEEDS i purchased a pack from my local grow shop an they didnt germinate so i emailed greenhouse explained i followed their instructions an no joy, i had a replacment the next day
again this is excellent service i think greenhouse are the only seedbank that will give free replacements if none of your seeds germinate. im not sure bout sinlge seeds

I've ordered from Rhino several times. Nirvana and flying dutchman brands. All arrived in the US within 2 weeks. Plain brown envelope and the germination of 80% or better.
