The hospitality business is usually relaxed. All you have to do is check-in your guests, check them out, set wake-up calls, and bake cookies to eat! YUM-YUM chocolate chip!
If you don't mind running short distances, try Valeting. Depending on the company you work for, you may or may not get paid under the table.
Pros: Driving cool cars, meeting new people, smoking before work at no risk, decent tips from drunks, smoking during work, smoking after work, smoking with customers/waitstaff/you name it. For some reason, people like smoking with valets.
Cons: no respect from most customers, teenagers don't know how to tip, Overly controlling bosses
Shit well Valet depends on where you are. I did it for 2 months and I couldnt do ANYTHING. The money was TITS though. It was high class.
But I was treated as shit but if I got one it was NOICE.
I once was able to drive Chris Chelios's car a night he was drinkin. THAT. What a kick-ass tip (100$)
But I had suprise drug tests. And failed.
i work at a golf course i was dishes/carts and do all the shit work for 8 dollars. not really that great i want a job in landscaping so i can make some money.
im a waiter in a retirement home restaurant..
easiest job you would ever find. the old people are so nice. you can move as slow as you want. and the old people dont know what marijuana or being high is or looks like haha
plus all the chill ass kids who work there
personal masturbation assistant for the elderly affected by carpal tunnel...
I'm working at Michael's (craft store) soon. Find strip malls...clothing stores, gas stations, ice cream places, ect..
If you can kiss ass, CADDY (as mentioned above)!! Thats what I do. It's not a very stable job, but when you do work, say hello to anywhere from $5-$100 AN HOUR. If you get the opportunity to carry two bags, do it. I made 25 bucks last weekend from a guy who just did 7 holes, and it took him an hour. However, expect to not get out much (which means less money) and possible firing if you can't kiss the ass of the proshop owner, golfers, and the caddie master. But it's pretty fucking sweet. Make your own hours. The perfect job for a teen like me who can't drive yet and doesn't like commitment.
Another plus is there aren't any drug tests (at least not for any of the places my dad, brother or I have worked)
