Honestly, it looks like it could be any plant, but I'm interested in seeing some better pics...
If u do go for more photos make sure not to include the surroundings or incriminate/attract attention to the grower in any way.

i wasn't saying you were lying. i was thinking more along the lines of you thought it was weed but you were wrong.
