So my post isn't pointless

i got a lung infection while i was sick with the flu. i could barely breathe and wanted cigs no more. so i just quit cold turkey.

I was talking about that force.

right before your ready to give in and have one just decide to wait for 5 minutes before you light it, cravings subside quickly.

Run, when your gasping for air the last thing you want is a cig

Your friends are going to make it near impossible for you if theyre still smoking while your trying not to

thats a good idea. im sick of being sedentary anyway. i might just wait till i move back in with my parents. my lease is up june 15th and all five of my room mates smoke. it will be alot easier hten

lol.I'm doing the opposite...My mom smokes and I live with her..When I move out this summer I'm going to quit..other wise It'd always be around

sorry, i can't stress that enough.... i went back, but i consider 2/numerous attempts of mine as quits... just circumstances drove me back (i'm weak willed and the circumstances were harsh... i caved, but the quitting isn't deniable..)

Me too

Cold Turkey. I just replaced my cigs with more weed.

40 a day to nothing is hard though, my temper was fucked for well over a month.
