rolling papers

i buy blunts for $0.65US or sometimes they have em for $0.50 I don't buy papers as often but usually like a couple bucks for a pack.

how many blunts for that price thats a good deal if its a pack

Where do you live? Even my shitty state hasn't banned papers or blunt wraps.

Blunts are a dollar and so are most papers around here.
