mature and immature plants under sb420

Ey I just gotta add that, since you live in cali I'm sure at most all you'd get from a cop is a little harrassment and your weed taken away MAYBE. Chances are they wanna smoke up some of your dank. Anyways just trying to reduce the paranoia there. If that is the law 12 immature and 6 mature. I think they made it like that so if you start from seed, lets say half turn out male? Atleast you got 6 females, but you are getting less bud than maybe espected or w/e....I think it's something along those lines.

i just payed about

$60 and 8th for trainwreck and master kush, an $85 an 8 for og kush and that is extreme enough (hence the growing)

right, i imagine that was the thought, but i'm not starting from seed, i'm cloning AND i'll have a VEG ROOMA AND FLOWER ROOM AT THE SAME TIME


so.........the question still stands:

can i have: 3 plants flowering and 6 more vegging? that means i have 3 mature and 6 immature?

the wording of the law makes NO recompense for this. i have under 12 immature and i have under 6 mature, but as y'all keep pointing out, it says "OR"

like you can have a hundred banannas or a hundred apples

can you have 10 apples and 10 bananas?

if you have 1 plant flowering, does that then mean you can have no more than five other plants period?

i wouldn't keep hitting the dead horse (really alive and very confused horse) if it wasn't important, but ideally i'd have:

-3 plants flowering
-3 mothers
-3-5 clones


at any given time. i just don't know if that is legal or not. i'd rather not just have 6 but that seems like i might have to

another thought of mine was that i would veg plants for 4 months; in my veg room have: mother, her new clones, and 2 month old clones, and just cycle that way.........anyway, WAT-EVA :)

And remember, you are relying on a cop's perception of what a "mature plant" happens to be! If he says your twelve 3 inch babies are "mature plants", you'll have to prove they aren't in court, which costs you time, money, and your plants! Just keep it at 6 plants or less plants-period! you're right i'm sure; it'll be ok at first but rather a bummer that i'll have to limit my mothers; makes me think that perhaps i should just keep a room for a couple moms, and then when i take cuttings, just root them and then flower them right off, SOG style, anyway there are options, but i'm gonna have to maximize those 6 plants; lots of scrog and lst possibilities :)
