Can someone resize my .gif?

I stole this avatar from someone on different forum a long time ago. I'd like to claim it as my own but it's too big. I tried to resize it on my PC but I don't know what I'm doing. PC yelled at me and said I can't resize it without losing the animation.

The site supports 110 by 110 pixels or 48.8 KB.
This is 74 by 67 and 56.3 kb.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction to learn how to resize GIF's?
