why do people say "omg water bongs!!"

Well, i for one dont think bongs get me [personally] any higher. I dont particually like bongs that much anyway - I prefer joints as they last longer and make it more pleasureable for me while i smoke. A bong is over too quickly for me - and doesnt get me anywhere near as high as a joint would - even if i packed the same amount that'd be in a joint into a bong.

If some people find smoking a bong get's them higher - then maybe it does? Maybe it's placebo, maybe it's because they're not wasting any smoke at all, maybe it's just they get a bigger hit in one go, or maybe they're all lying? I dont know.

I smoke bongs because they conserve herb, they are so smooth and they get the job done. Everyone has their own favourite ways, personally i find anything too harsh compared to a water pipe since i've been smoking those.

Bongs get me totally fucked.

I do like to smoke joints, though. The only negative is I usually use tobacco because it doesn't burn that well.

The bigger the hit, the more THC there is, and thus, getting you higher much faster.

It's like, if you babysit a bottle of beer, versus using a beer bong to down that beer in 10 seconds. The more at once, the faster it hits you.

people keep saying when u smoke a water bong ur getting a bigger hit.. it doesnt matter how big the hit...

smoke 2 grams out of a bowl, it takes say 10 hits
smoke 2 grams out of a water bong, it takes say 5 hits?

your still smoking 2 grams... it doesnt matter how big the hits are if your smoking 2 grams over all... so i dont see how a waterbong can get u more high if your still smoking the same ammount...

Probably the only difference I see is that in the bong, it uses water filtration so it's a smoother hit. In a joint or a blunt there's no filtration, therefore probably harsher. Correct me if I'm wrong.

well... it depends on the speed you absorb the THC. The duration of the effects will be greater when you smoke slowly, but the peak of the high (the level of maximum highness you reach) will be greater if you smoke fast. Thats why people says bong hits make you more stoned.

dude one big massive hit is sooo fucking more powerful than 4 hits of the same ammount of smoke. because it hits you so much faster, it just.. well its great

When I smoke out of my bong It takes less weed to get me high, thats why bongs are better! 2 bowls in a bong get me ripped, but if I was to roll a joint out of 2 bowls worth it would proably not get me high!

I think it's more getting stoned faster than more.
