I wasn't reffering to you sorry if you thought that. Anyways i'm don't really want to be a shaman...I just want this thing to go away....I don't know if i'm just having a psychotic episode or what but now I am starting to get the worst headaches of my life and all I can think about is bad things when this happens....its like it posesses me or something... I dont know how to describe it I just want this shit to go away....and I didn't realize you could have sleep paralysis while dreaming...I'll be sureto look it up and study it though.

im not sure exactly what ur problem is, but my suggestion is that when you get these feelings that you cant describe, dive into it and go as deep as you can, try to acctually feel it harder and harder, eventually it should show its true form if its what i think it is. A couple of enlightened people have said "meditate on the negative, not the positive."
