Don't smoke in public (stupid) ... My first Cop experience

yeah you did a good job

it all depends where your at outside. in the burbs your gonna get hassled and arrested. around me all we do is smoke outside, at the bus stop, church steps, porches and right on the corner. city police dont give 2 shits about weed they got bigger fish to fry. if they do come at you all their gonna do is take it or dump it out then send you on your merry way.

i got caught once... got a ticket and shit man.... i was 15 at the time... i think its entirely fucked up to fuck up our records and shit just for having weed... eventually it will be legal, my state just voted about legallizing bud, 47% said yes man....

Ya smoking in public is definitely not a good idea, esecially in an area where people can see you. But hey I gotta give you props for not getting into any shit. But if your ever faced with a situation like this again the best thing to do is deny, deny, deny. For example "No sir I dont do any drugs im just waiting here for a friend"..etc..

exactly. if your looking around all paranoid about something then of course they are gonna suspect something. But if you just play it cool you should be okay.

you got pretty lucky, it's cool that he let you off easy. the other night i was with my friend and he's all nervous about us getting caught so he wants to go to the park since it's pitch black there. i'm like screw it so i just light the bowl as we're walkin down the street then we just smoked more when we got there but he was always worried.

FFS! thats not what its about at all!

I like to smoke down by the river after school a lot, but that's in the woods, not in the middle of the street... just a tip, no matter who it is unless you're POSSITIVE it's safe, ALWAYS deny deny deny deny DENY you're doing anything at all illegal. Don't give anyone any reason to think you're toking/were toking cause you never know who people really are.
