as a michigan driver i hate driving in ohio aside from the nice smooth roads but they need a warrant for the glovebox when locked, the trunk unless you dont have one, and bookbags. Or if you give them permission. or my favorite if they say "i smell weed". A.K.A. probable cause. but if they don't find anything after saying and searching you could have some fun with the cop *menacing laugh*
See thats the reason why i posted this on here, and no they arnt going to be standing at any lights or signs its just if they think you look suspicios then they can pull you over and search without a warrent or your consent. I read a whole article about this law in the newpaper.Quote:
