i haven't been really sick since i was like 5... i think pot helped my immune system or i always had a strong one cuz i can't remember the last time i didn't get out of bed cuz of a cold.... im sayin i still get a runny nose and cough now and thenn... the cough is prolly from smokin?

BUT, I have been drinking alot more alcohol.. its like "hey, fancy a pint after work?" "sure, but as long as its only one".. then i get home at 2am, drunk as fuck and wondering why i didnt just go home after one pint lol im sure its all the drinking thats lowering my immune system, plus the shitty freezing cold weather

Alcohol bang's on your liver and kidney's and lower's your immune system which could be stopping you from recovering in full. It might do you some good to lay off the sauce just for a couple of week's untill you feel better. I take zinc tablets everyday and I haven't been ill since the chest infection I had about 18 month's ago.;)
