I did the whole "book" thing- it's pretty easy, but a bit time-consuming to make. I'm lucky enough that my parents don't search my room, but the dresser thing is a good idea...
Maybe hide it under the boxspring, if you have that kind of bed set up?
hmm, under your mattress for one, easy access and compressed so she cant smell it.
also, most lights have a hollow bottom covered in felt and that can easily be used
under your carpet?
