Eat a big meal before bed or drink some Ovaltine! I had serious probs sleeping without a joint before bed as in I couldnt sleep. I got over it in about a week but had a few sleepless nights. Ovaltine is good though I only found out about it after and you know yourself if you eat a big meal you feel like a nap!
You can try to read before bed and see if that helps, also make sure your room in dark some people are distracted if they have the TV on.
Also melantonin will help, the body produces it naturally but sometimes you need a bit more
Eh I usually have a hard time falling a sleep... Sometimes ill just lay in bed for hours and hours and not get to sleep... some times not even sleeping at all. What I do is just say fuck it and I just lay there pretending to sleep.... at least my body is resting..... other than that all I can reccomend is just doing as much exercise as you can and then try and hit the bed and if that dosent work try reading a book ... if your like me and dont like to read books... go pick up a issue of high times and I like to read those mags and just read the mag and that might make u tired... anyways I hoped I helped a lil
any stretch of the legs usually works for me, but if exercise is out.. i'd go with some of the other suggestions above like the liquid or meal idea.. good luck man!

Same as me. Except I took pills too! Try benadryl if you are willing to take a pill. Really sedative, but don't take too many or you trip balls.Quote:
