What a great week, I'm finally becoming medical!

u can still get rolled for it. i have mine and got rolled last month went to court today and the judge said he didnt believe in medical marijuana, so i had to pay 100 bucks and go to some stupid 8 hour alcohol ,drug, and aids class.

no matter what ruling comes down, ur never going to be 100 % in the clear until the federal government passes it. and just cuz it says u can grow 6 mature plants and 12 immature, if anyone finds out they will still raid ur house arrest u, even though u have ur license. the cops dont care, they figure its up to the judge to sort it out. so while u have to post bail for cultivating 1500 i believe, i could be wrong, at that point u will need to get a lawyer anywhere from 2 - 10 k, if that judge doesnt rule in ur favor, you can keep appealing, which in turn is more money. but you could get a cool judge or DA that will dismiss it, who knows. i jsut think that is way to much time wasted and money spent on going to court. but thats just me. all im saying is that u still need to be extra careful, dont tell anyone, and dont think ur MM card is a get out a jail free card.

it could be just that i look young, im 21 but usually people think im about 17-18, but i have a serious back problem and do need it, i was in a car accident and fractured my back, i went to physical thereapy for over a year, and was on norco and zyannis and became immune and addicted, then i was introduced to MM and it for sure is way better than taking those drugs. but the judge didnt want to hear it.

Dude, medicann? I'm setting up an appointment with them within the next 3 weeks! I'm going in for schizophrenia, generalized and social anxiety, and insomnia! Great to hear there is one more med user! I hate buying from "thugs". They don't know anything about weed and just fake an illness and buy weed from a club with good prices. Right on HIinOc, thanks for the advice. Yeah migraines are a bitch. They don't need to give me a catscan for proof, because in my medical history, I had a catscan for migraine headaches.

you lucky lucky ba****D! i can sympathise i suffer from them to.but to able to grow 6 plants at home with no shit from anybody sounds like paradise to me!

It's good to see there's 1 less person having to worry about getting busted just for using their "medication"

my roommate and i have an appointment for monday in SF as well. He is getting his license and I will be the designated caregiver, its like getting two medical cards for the price of one!
