Saw Ray in concert in '66-'67 in an armory. Billy Preston played organ before he played with the Beatles. when Ray sang Georgia, the ladies in the crowd went wild, screaming "sing it Ray baby". Same thing happened to me at a free Wilson Pickett concert. I had a great time....:thumbsup:..'67.

Saw Buddy Miles in concert. His band was so tight that during a song, when some rent-a-cops started hassling some stoners, he stopped the band (on a dime) and told the cops to quit hassling those people. The band then picked up the song on the exact beat like you had raised a stylus on a record and then put it right back down. Good stuff man.

Not sure what the deal is with the babes in this video, but I went with it. :D
