I've actually thought about you several times over the last few days. Specifically why I always had so much trouble communicating with you in the crazy way that I did. Sadly the answer the is that I don't know......but have regretted it and now have the chance to say I'm sorry for my attitude in our emails. :)

I just started a new log myself. Sour Northern Lights x Nevilles Haze, I think SNS said you grew some before. Can you point me to your log, I want to read through it to follow it's growth pattern. Trying to be prepared on what to expect.

VERY strange...let me go copy/paste my horoscope for the day; which I accidentaly sorta read right before loggin on'.......Very strange!
Anywho; nah, I havent pulled a P from a single plant ever, because of my grow style, BUT, I definately think the Chemdog Diesel would be my choice if I wanted a lb plant!
Oh, and I suppose I owe ya a pic or two eh? hehehe
I'm on a friends computer as mines all funked up, but I'll come back by the end of the day with a couple pics. I just got the Chem D, so no porn yet, but I'll steal one from somewhere so you know what I'm talkin about!

d4 I can't even say thank you enough for such kind words and thoughts. (Psss.....next up for possible elbow status....a very nice SNL x NH that we got our personal best off before and X-crispi got over 19 oz off one he grew......;))
Daihaishi I fnally found the thread I was looking for. http://boards.cannabis.com/grow-log/...er-kush-3.html Can't really remember how well I documented the SNL x NH before but this go round she will be watched and gone over with a fine-toothed comb to see how big we can get her. I'll grab a pic a little later.....she took over the spot where the Brainstorm was.
We are letting the Master Kush finish up for another day or two before harvest. The cooler weather is making the buds take longer to dry as well so more waiting until we find out Fang 2's final numbers.
edit: Also guys heads up......we'll be starting a new log in the next day or two as we've planted some new seeds....both for soil and hydro.....and this log is just plain getting too long. SO....with the MK harvest we will call it for this 900 page grow log. :)

WH: A wonderful job and much information. What a haul in yield. I have learned one thing for sure. Maybe just a couple of nice yielding plants will be enough for my first grow. If it comes half a close to yield as yours!!

snl x nh Thats sour northern lights crossed with nevilles haze right. I've never tried that strain before, but I here it's one you don't wanna lose.. Where would one find those magical beans.

That's right d4.....and one of my favorites for sure. My beans are F3 generation so half turn out great and the other half go haywire.......a perfect example of why stable breeding is so important I suppose. I pm'd you so check your rep stuff.

WH That f3 sounds like a perfect strain to make a mommy out of, have you tried that strain in the larger bucket system, is it a good yielding strain

After I posted I looked back a couple of posts to see that you already answered my ? before I asked it... If the SNLxNH is both yours' and X to the C's biggest yielding strain then, you can't go wrong w/ those testimonials... I'm curious to know what a strain like that would do in a system like Shaggy to dope runs... he told me those plants are from clone.
How long is the flowering period on the SNLxNH is it sativa dominant.

Chemo day today, tomorrow and Wed. Also have some family coming to visit Fri through the weekend so so this week don't expect me to do anything in a logical or really ANY SORT of sensical manner. I couple of folks owe e-mails and things I may get too next week instead of this one so thanks for any patience and or screw ups on my parts and I WILL get things all together and back on track.
The fatigue is the biggest issue so lots of starts and stops .....and then forgetten.....all reminders welcome, lol. Other no real super things to report.....I'll post a link to the new log which is still in my head and not on cdot yet .....a perfect example of procrastination on our parts because we've got some nice stuff going including 3 straight HAZE and one ASH in soil, 2 snl x nh in bloom; one doing beautifully and the other a recovered average so so plant and a nice WW in a big tub we just popped into the bloom room as well. Also just blooming some brand new seeds, 2 soil AK's blooming and several PP's in soil pots/bloom room as well.

We've been discussing settling for two strains to grow for yield......and have decided to try something other than Brainstorm for a hydro "elbow" strain grow. Fang 2 is shrinking every damn day on that vine and her yield is lookin less and less impressive. Since I can do no more as far as everything else.....she got excellent lighting, top line nutes excellent areation and ph checked twice a day religiously plenty of veg time and on and on that we decided most likely a strain change was in order.
We considered white widow and it's still in contentions but anyone else got ideas for what they would consider an "elbow strain"? White Rhino is another one we are thinking about......I'm not a WR fan really myself (too slackjawing for me) but when we grew her before she came out with a pretty nice yeild on both plants.
HOWEVER: Ha ha two rules.
1. They HAVE to be feminized STABLE seeds (read: storebought). We'll just say here we're trying to grow a quality but.....POPULAR strain as well as one that has some proven stablity.
2. They have to come from a very reputable seed company......we really got shafted with those church seeds so are VERY leery of buying from anyone but our company. We wouldn't completely rule it out if someone can testify to a good seed company but it would have to be a pretty impressive strain.

shhhhh.....it's called marijuanaseeds.nl.....you did not hear this from me. :D Don't want anything "fancy".....more a name that is familiar, popular, potent and a really good yielder.
Here's a few pics of some of the stuff we've grown in the past.....the first two are White Rhino and last 3 are SNL x NH (F2 generation)(pics three and four are the same plant.......very last pic was our personal best yielder ever despite her rootbound issues). :thumbsup::thumbsup:
Unforturnately we are NOT getting the same stablity with our F3 generation seeds so they go OFF the table for us regarding yield and stability but we still like the non-wacky ones to grow for ourselves because of the great stone it has. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
I haven't tried either strain but would like to, I here the WR has some great medical properties, it'd be a good strain for my sciatica... Have you ever tried the Amnesia haze from SOMA, I just read about it in HT, Id love to be judging it in November in the NL, never been across the pond but someday I'll make it to the cup.

Seed boutique has Paradise Seeds, 5 Packs (feminized). Sensi Star and Nebula supposed to be real good...
I also used as well as weed-seeds.com. They seem so similar that I wonder if they are the same people?

WELL....all our final numbers were EXTREMELY disapointing; most of all because AGAIN we don't really know why.
Brainstorm: Final.....206 grams
Master Kush 174 grams. I know for a fact we'd have done better with the MK if we had not had to trim away so many burned leaves but can find no honest reason the yield was barely an ounce more on Fang 2 than it was on Fang one.
We've decided to switch to the white rhino and Master Kush for our high yield grows and just stick with our present seed company.
PS.....if you put a hyphon between marijuana and seeds, then dot nl ........if someone wants to try it that way and see if it comes up for them. ;)

btw- I recently sprouted 5 SNLxNH and 2 WW
and, i think my main issue has been lack of nutes more than heat.
i been recycling my soil for many months and recently started adding grow nutes, then saw a dramatic difference.
