This is the first 'absolute' house auction! And they are financing-unusual normally! I am a little far south for what you need. But, am looking! If I find 2 house's next door to each, I might put in a bid! Stairs or not? basement if o.k.?--I think I'd prefer a basement, but depends on property, location and avail! I expect we'll have another by end of year, but may be a lot of work, got carpentry skills? I've looked at a few and it seems like the wires for electric are being stolen :( that might be too much work, since they take the plumbing copper too!
