I'm sure our feisty lil bitches can find trouble anywhere. Anyway the states directly to the south and northeast of me are both moving towards decrim, and my state's new (rather cute i may add) governor has already said he's all for legalization, but it's not currently a priority. so i think foster homes are unnecessary.
