let it air dry after opeaning the case up and shaking all excess water and sand and rocks out.... then when its as dry as u think it will get, turn a hair dryer on the lowest setting and dry with that for like 30 minutes i droped my cell in the river... and it was sitting at the bottum like for 8 hours... i did that and it still works
i dropped my phone in dc and it was run over by a car. i didnt even know i had lost it until the next day. i got it back though but the part where the charger plugs in was broken so i had to get a new phone. i was really lucky though because some woman picked it up and got ahold of me so i could come get it
Well I remember one time I was going to a vision center to get a eye test and my cell phone must've slipped out of my pockets when I was sitting in the chair. I was broke then unlike now so I had to depend on my mom to get me new pants with deeper pockets and until then I had to work with those stupid little pocketed pants. If only I had the right pants on I'd still have that cell phone :(.
I talked to the cell phone company and they are sending me my new phone in the mail. But they said I have to use a new sim card. what about all the funcking ringtones and games i downloaded or my address book? I dont know anyones number!! Plus I have a $35 deductable I have to pay that will be added to my bill.
Take a look at your previous bills to get some of the more popular numbers you had and program them into your new phone. Some companies now offer ways to back that stuff up...I write down the new numbers i get in my phone like once a month just in case life/shit happens.
Sounds like all in all, you didnt make out too bad...my sister once got into a hot-tub drunk and had her phone down in her bra and was too drunk to remember it...it started sparking and shorting out right there....left her with a nasty little burn...but she managed to talk a free phone out of verizon, just had to pay a small fee for shipping.
