ok, get a big cup
take your graham crackers, and keep breaking them in half(one whole graham crackers should make 16 little pieces i think). fill up the cup with graham crackers.
pour milk into the cup until it gets to about the top. take a spoon, and help mushing up the graham crackers. and enjoy.

When I need crunchy and salty, it's Fritos for me! :)
But usually I just like fruit. Watermelon, grapes, strawberries dipped in sugar. yummy. I think I'll have half an orange now.:dance:
When I've got the M &Ms I'll eat most anything!!! It's all good!!:) :dance: :stoned:
when i get the major munchies i usually go on a mission for
chocolate (eg: NUTELLA, SNICKERS, or a whole block of chocolate.

bread (that cures the munchies real good)

Just got done eating:
Chocolate Pudding with Shredded Coconuts on top.
Rice Cake with Honey/Cinnamon.
Nut mix.
Big bowl of cereal: 3 cups of oatmeal, 2 granola bars, dried up bananas, cinnamon/splenda.
You will die a happy man.
