Grateful Meds in Nederland
Grateful Meds seems to be the best place to go. I'll be calling Boulder my home as of May 14 and by the way everyone talks, this will be my place to go the second I get my paperwork and card squared away. Do you guys have a doctor on-site or do you do referrals? I'm sorry if this has been asked already.

Hey GM,
I'm in Estes and looked on Mapquest and discovered it only about an hour's drive to Nederland from here. It's 50 minutes to Loveland.
What do you think you'll have as a special Tues. or Wed?
Also, any good mexican food places in town you can recommend?
Thanks...
Grateful Meds in Nederland
I am newly approved about a month now, 54 year old married guy, and just visited Grateful Meds this past weekend and loved it. I live in Frederick and it is about a 45 mile drive but well worth it. Nice folks, great meds - owners were away I was told this weekend past but I look forward to meeting them my next visit. I got some nice sage, a few strains of hawaiian, some lemon skunk, etc. and am enjoying and benefitting from them all.
My wife and I like the Nepalese (I believe?) restaurant in Ned for a great Indian buffet to go along with a visit to Grateful Meds. I don't know about mexican...
All in all what a nice way to spend a few hours on a Saturday - cruise to Ned with wife and 5 year old son - stop and get some meds, have a nice lunch, perhaps stop and hike or relax somewhere on ride down Canyon road coming back. Thanks for helping create oasis's of cool in these turbulent times, Grateful Meds!
Michael

Dear Rep. Levy,
Mark A. Rose RPSGT
xx xxxxxxx xx
Nederland Colorado 80466
I understand that the Colorado House Judiciary Committee will vote this Monday on HB 1284, a bill that would regulate medical marijuana dispensaries.
Please do not discriminate against citizens that have been victimized by an unjust drug war and disastrous national policy on Marijuana. I myself have over 20 years experience in the medical sciences working in Cardiopulmonary, Nuerodiagnostics, Polysomnography, Emergency Medicine and have managed Sleep Laboratories. But I also have a felony conviction for possession of Marijuana. Please do not discriminate against me by not allowing me to own my Dispensary in Nederland, or even be allowed to grow for others or myself. ( I too am I MMJ Patient from a severe neck injury resulting in my neck being fused). I thought when a person has been convicted of a crime, sentenced by a judge and served their time that they had paid their debt to society. Please do not penalize me twice for a crime. I just don't think that is what the authors of our constitution had in mind.
I urge you to keep patients needs in mind. Please do not restrict where patients can live or force them to give up their right to grow, if they choose to designate a caregiver.
Please do not let cities ban dispensaries. Patients get sick in all corners of Colorado and dispensaries should be allowed to service patients in their home communities.
Finally, please let veterans with PTSD have access to medical marijuana. I work with several Vets that have PTSD which I relate with very well since I have the same diagnosis. And Medical Marijuana works wonders for controlling symptoms.
Sincerely,
Mark A. Rose RPSGT
Please write and call your Rep's and let them know how you feel about HB-1284
