I say we get Rock hooked on hydro one step at a time... first the cloner, then a simple DWC, then... he takes over the world with Monster Hydro girls....... :D
Hey Rock ,
Don't know if W/H forwarded any pics to you .
Mine were done to my liking at 11 weeks . Here's a few pics .
Stuff is crazy yummy in my vapo . I'll try'n give you an acurate smoke report once cured all the way .
Peace

MVP- thanks for stoppin in man, yeah, i think the process has begun.:wtf: Been readin up on a bunch of hydro threads. I'm thinkin maybe Latewood's nute regimine seems simple enuf to follow. and i found a decent bargain for a starter kit. my local place calls is a "waterfarm" for 50 bucks. its a 4 gal, halo-drip unit, but i like the idea of adding a bubbler to the bottom of it.
now i still need a mother:wtf:
Crispy, dude, is that the beast that ate Chicago???Fuckin A dude!!!:thumbsup:x10!
If i can get one to grow 1/2 as good as that,,,i may give up porn:D
I believe that the WaterFarm is the exact same unit the Hound uses. It is the square model, right? My first couple of hydro grows were with one and they work well. It is basically a hybrid between DWC (deep water culture aka "a bubbler") and a traditional drig irrigation system. It is the perfect way to get your feet wet, so to speak... :pimp:
HA HA HE'S GOING HYDRO!! I think you'll love hydro Rock and you don't have to get every bell and whistle to enjoy the benefits. OOOOO I can't WAIT! :D
Hey Rock ,
You can buy the hardware kit for the waterfarms for $12.00-$15.00 and use a 3 gallon bucket inside a 5 gallon bucket , single outlet aquarium air pumps are cheap too . Bet you can make 1 for 1/2 price or less . My Mrs. made all 6 of ours .
Search on here for "dwc/drip hybrid" . There should still be a pic. or 2 of ours on here .
Peace

Exactly, there's no reason not to make these buckets yourself. $5 per bucket, and $5-10 for an air pump, so $15-20 for a full bucket... not bad at all. I use the actual net pots made for the 5gal buckets, and they're still only $5, but as Crispi said, the 3-gal inside of it works well.Quote:
