What do I do if I find cannabis plants growing in the wild?
I actually found plantation in the wild three years in a row (2005-2007). All in the radium of 1 km. At least twice there must have been the same person growing them.
1. time i found them it was a really nice plantation of 16 plants. Found them 2 months before harvest time. I was a little scared, not knowing to whom they might belong. Then i was facing a moral dilemma for a month and then i let them be.
2. time i was still under influence of the former year so i searched the near area in the time of harvest, found 4 small plants and let them beacause there's really no sense to rob a guy for less than 100 g, for which he take care for 5 months. Obviously he wasnt some kind of hot shot.
3. time found plantation of 20 plants also about 2 months before harvest. I was seriously considering taking some of them. Came in the time of the harvest to take a look and there was water in the near area so i should have had boots to cross it, but i didnt, so i didnt come back.
Funny thing, 1st and 3rd time i found them looking for a place to grow my own and every time i suspected i am up to something few meters before i laid my eyes on them. My heart started beating harder when i was punching through the bushes, i just knew it :)
I dont regret not taking them and i think any grower shouldnt. Maybe thats why i've the fortune that no one else is fucking with my plants. Its really a special feeling when i plant them and out of caution leave them for a month or more, come back and see how big, nice and smelly they've become. Untouched.

you guys doing all this talk about legalization. well until it happens and most likley it never will because america thrives off of probabtion ,jails, and fines for narcotics which include mostly weed cases!!!
so for all you guys out here that live in states where it isnt legal it most likely will never happen soon.
I say this. If you find a plant even if its in someones backyard dont take it premature!!
if you can get it sometime after the 1st week of october then take it. but dont go take someones plant when its still not flowering that is bullshit!
I look it at it like this. IF your walking through the woods and someone was hanging dollar bills from it like ornaments would you say .." wow" look at this cool tree that someone decorated. Im going to leave it here so someone else will take it or whatever. I truly dont give a fuck! I say steal it,but do it right! and dont be dumb about it. Dont steal it early and Dont go home and dry it in the microwave or under a light!!!

I think who ever made this post is clearly retarted and dont realize that in most states weed plants hold a bigger criminal charge than having weed in a bag! and since this is true it carries a jail sentence and if not atleast a year of probabation and thats after paying $1500 for a lawyer and another $500-$1000 in fines!!
Its illegal and in my state MICHIGAN! it will always be!

its a money generator. what would happen to the DEA ,and all the special investigators that spent there life building a career for themselves to bust people who usually only deal with weed? what about the probabtion officers?

i would leave alone you could be blamed. it aother thing to jail for someone eles ,or you could end up missing, if they found out you mowed there lawn,it best to leave thing like how you found it

well i say just leave them alone as well, but only for the reason that i'd be pissed if someone did it to me. call it "do unto others...", call it karma, call it the golden rule, whatever, i'm not smokin your bud unless you invite me. Although I do wonder, since cannabis is a plant that was growing for thousands of years before someone decided it should be illegal, is it just growing wild somewhere? and what'd they do about all the ones that were once it WAS illegal? but i'm still not takin it if i find some out in the woods. aaaanyway, question for stinky. (want2beagrower recommended i ask you, but i couldn't find any way to pm.) i'm planning to crossbreed White Widow and Power Skunk; do you know if anyone's tried that before?

Stealing plants is flat out wrong have it happen to you one time and you'll know what it's like. I would have to say its one of the worst feelings. I lost my plants the day be4 harvest this year and I was not happy.

round my area people pay 60 quid just for a pot with a few leaves cummin out the soil ...... so im guessin if how much would someone pay for a plant thats flowering ...... me personaly i cannot say no to free weed if im not stealing it i mean cmon if its in a pulic area there is the risk anyways
i no some people are against it i mean i ent really 100% for taking the stuff thats not mine but it could save me alot ov money and would save me from doing dodgy deals on the streets

I would NOT touch it
simply for these reasons:
1. It could well be a setup, monitored by police
2. Assume someone does it to you, how would u feel then? Don't do to others what u don't like others do to u (I know bible says something along these lines, but this is coming from common sense)
3. You may touch some gang's bread n butter n they may find out, then u gotta run for your life for 'a lil free weed'
4. Karma will always return the favor, in weird forms sometimes, u take it and for some reason u may just get pulled over on that specific trip, there is ALWAYS A PAYBACK, KARMA will always complete the equation
