Hey, Mac...did you ever try a Makin's Clay Extruder as a keif press? I gotta picture around here somewhere.. they're like $20...

It should have occured to me that you have too much volume to mess with icewater.
Though you could prolly use ice water to float the trich stalks and cystoliths off as a last step before pressing.
Also rinses out water soluables like bug poo.
Some of those caps are water clear.

I just googled it to see it. Interesting, I never thought about extruding it. They do have some crazy shapes, but I think I will continue pressing it between quarters in a cylinder under the hydralic press.:)Quote:
