I think its reasonable to assume that he wasnt refering to a stituation such as the child being the result of rape or something beyond their control. Is this way better- any 15 year old in a developed country who wants to have a child at 15 and trys to have a child is irresponsible and does not understand everything that comes along with being a parent.

I don't think you need to worry about the music, I think you need to worry about the world. Kids, even young kids, are being exposed to sex and violence everywhere, even in schools. If he/she doesn't listen to one band at home, he/she will listen to it elsewhere.
