are you still fat?
Lol, yup. I've probably gotten fatter. I haven't tooken this diet seriously until lately when I've actually started exercising and eating healthier and less.
i have the best advice smoke hella weed stay away from soda and fast food and run on the tredmeil like 10 minutes everyother day. or go for a run around your block a couple times every other day. weed speeds up your motabilism which will make you lose weight faster as long as you ignore your muchies.EDIT just eat breakfast lunch and dinner everyday and no other snacks. i know its gonna be hard but if you really wanna lose weight then go for it.
I have never been fat, chubby, or big boned, but I have been active, until recently. Last summer I reached a record 185 lbs compared to my 140-150ish normal range. I try to keep it around 150 but sometimes I dip down, so then I will make myself a banana milkshake everyday until I hit 150.
I lost 40 pounds by first cutting out all the sugar in my diet. I then stopped eating late night snacks. After I went for about 2 weeks doing that, I cut out drinking juices and milk all the time. I now drink carrot juice in shots in the morning and take a good multi-vitamin. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables throughout the day with a sandwhich for lunch (no mayo, just mustard. It is hard to ween off of that yummy spread). Then I eat meat at dinner and work out for 20 mins or so 3x a week after.
Just stay away from sugars, carbs, and fats :)
Good luck and I'm hoping for the best!
It does not matter when you eat food. If this had an effect, it is because you consumed less food overall.Quote:

Hunger is not controlled only by need for food. Many factors control hunger, it's quite interesting. Habit is actually the biggest determiner of hunger.
Dude, come live with me. We eat the good stuff (oatmeal, ramen, sphegetti, etc). Somehow, we keep ourselves from starving. (we spend about $15-20 a week on food between 2-3 people)
I hear green tea helps lose weight. Just watch what you eat and how often you do. Act like you don't have money ;).
The best way to lose weight in my opinion is just by using your common sense where food and fitness is concerned. You can eat anything you like so long as you keep to a balanced diet and eat smaller portions. If you have been doing good and are sticking to your regimen you can treat yourself to some fast food, but be willing to up your exercise for the week.
You have to exercise. I read in one of your posts that you MIGHT exercise AFTER you played WoW. You need to turn that around. Play the game as a small personal reward AFTER you've finished working out. Avoid fad diets. They come and go for a reason. They don't really work in the long run.
Also avoid "miracle diet pills". When I was fifteen my mother had my doctor prescribe me phen phen so I would lose weight. I did lose weight. I lost 80 lbs in three months. I also ended up with a serious heart condition. Prescription drugs should be the very last weight loss solution considered. All you really need is common sense and a strong personal commitment to become a more healthy individual. Until you make a real commitment, you won't succeed.
I eat and eat and work out and do cardio and I stay around 150 and you can see my pecs sexi sexi.
Dude does that work? Cause i could use that as I am probably a few pounds overweight (6'2" 190 lbs.). It looks really cool and healthy but are you sure it works?Quote:
