Cann im running into issuse now too... Temps stayi at 88-90 humidity drops to 30-40 I have to leave wet towel in there now... Is it because the plants getting bigger. Im frustrated. Plants are doing well burnt a few leafs like you but over all things are good....:thumbsup:

I dont have a few burnt leaves,... EVERY leaf is burnt! :eek: I'm struggling to keep her going ATM, she seemed to be doing pretty good today, so I added some reflective material to the inside of the main grow room since it's not very intense lighting,....... sure as shit less than an hour later the burn's are back and advancing,... I shut down some lights and watered the leaves to cool her off.
She smells like Neem oil now too,... she had just started smelling like a pot plant under the weak light.
I used Neem on the soil, could I have overdosed? Would a high level of Neem in the plants system lead to this kind of photo sensitivity? Would the effect of an overdose take a full day and a half to kick in then kill the plant in 7 hours?
Shouldn't the flushing have helped? (I guess it did, the plants not dead yet,.... yet) Should I flush the soil again? I ran almost a gallon thru her the first time,.... perhaps I should do it again, this time with 2+ gallons. :wtf:
P.S. the clones seem to be doing well,... (not that I can actually say that since I don't know what I'm doing), but the new growth that was at the top of them has bent towards the lights and is spreading with no signs of burn just yet.

Did a drop test on my tap water and it's 8.5+!!! :eek: I'm really surprised I haven't shown any problems before this little brain fart,.... the soil is still soaked from the flushing, bit worried about that now too. :(
I need to stop worrying, she's a weed, and I'm just vegging right now, I can have some little trip ups and it shouldn't matter much,.... gotta learn to walk before you can run!
She's liking the new light,... I need to hang it in a better place in my room.... and clean up the wires/ other clutter going on ATM.
new growth is a bit slow to come in, but I guess that's not a real surprise considering the shock I'm sure she's in. The clones have all started to stretch a little bit, and under the dome reeks of cannabis! :D I'm gonna take that as a good thing.
Question about cloning, how long should I go before starting to vent the humidity dome and harden the baby's? Or is this more a play by ear thing? :confused:
P.S. Vance, My wife say's she'd LOVE a Durban Poison clone if you don't mind rooting a cutting for us to pick up in the near future ;) :thumbsup:

I've got plans for the 3 girls that are rooting right now,(If they all make it,) including one of them going out on the back porch in a whisky barrel planter, but Mom is recovering nicely and there's more than one good branch to chose from. :D Let me give her a couple weeks of recovery and I'll get one going for ya!

I moved the cabinet out of the room last night,... What a chore! :eek:
It was too tall to move straight out,... but also to wide to tip over top first and get it angled out that way,.... wound up having to tip it IN and work it down the wall in order to get it out of the door way bottom first!
Any way, with the cabinet out I put my 2nd set of shelves in, and hung some reflective on that end of the booth (recycled out of the cabinet) and moved the MH light and Mom into the nearest corner.
All is pretty much happy save for one thing, Humidity. :( I"m running the Humidifier Full Blast 24-7 and cant break 40% now that I have the shelves in there! :confused: (at least with the lights and exhaust fan on, Humidity spikes to nearly 70% overnight with exhaust fan and lights off.)

I've come to the decision to thread jack my own thread, and instead of tracking the progress of "Purple" which will now be bonsaied to keep her small. I will track the progress of 2 of the clones, Gia and Persephone.
Gia; I wanted to take daily pics to track her, but that didn't Happen, So it'll be every couple days between updated pics,....
Suffice to say, I'm gonna keep on track that I was planning for Purple,(mom) and am actually gonna be cutting a screen for her tonight and starting LST in the same manner that I've been working mom.
Only real difference is the veg time,... I'm thinking of only veging for 28-35 day's before flowering under 400w HPS in the cabinet that I just moved out of the veg room. (Temporary fix till I get the 4x6 flower room built) It should work for flowering smaller (1-2 month) veg plants.
Persephone; This clone is the runt of the litter, and spent better than the last week just sitting under the T5's.... Not growing,.... not wilting and dying...... Just there. :wtf:
She's growing now, and growing quickly like her sisters are, and The last few day's I've started hardening her to Outdoor conditions, she's been outside for the early morning and late afternoon direct sunlight and inside during the midday high temps and overnight lows.
I had her outside all day today and barring extreme weather this is the daytime plan for the next week or two until she's root bound in the 3.5" starter pot she's in, then she's going outside permanently.
I've got a "Whiskey barrel" planter that's filled with commercial "Topsoil" (5 cubic feet) and I have about a 3 gallon plug in the middle of it that is Happy frog cut 1/3 with pearlite because the soil here SUX!:jointsmile:
I'm planning on building a removable structure to put over the plant in the event of a hail storm or other damaging weather..... but it's just an idea that'll probably never see fruition unless the wife pushes me for it.
