:rastabanna:
That being said I'll post again!!! Look at that, you can NOTICE them grow in 12 - 24 hr periods even... Its wild... But they really are looking quite lush.
So I know how everyone loves efficiency and whatnot... So employing the KISS (keep it simple stupid) stragity (and seeing as I've started seeing someone who ahem... potential?)a lil stealthier or how do we say not so -out there- approach might be advisable seing as im sure questions will be raised as to why its so damn bright in the junk room if its locked and noone goes in there right?
So basically I took the reflectors and added them (less light escapes from the top) and used two wooden dowels which I formed a " X " shape with. Using twist ties (i scavanged a few REALLY long ones from something i bought i dun recall) then kinda just spread the lighting out some...
Took a black sheet and under each corner of the top shelf of the closet I wedged the sheet up in there leaving a BIG drooping area for the space to still breathe. Half shut the door close the door door -- eh, what light?!? *shrugs*
Kiss. Easy works right? Why make it harder than it has to be.
looking good man you planning to LST them or anything anytime soon?

So my attempts at cloning have always yielded disasterous. So, I was skimming a bit and decided to devise a way to ammend this problem. This is what I came up with. Its a smaller folgers coffee can, 10 gallon air pump with 2 1" air stones. Lid has 50 1/4" holes and where my creativity comes in, I took McDonalds straws, slit them down the middle and cut supports. Just because I have 50 holes doesnt mean I need to use them all or possible can get 50 cuttings to even fit on that tiny lid -- but its better to have them and not need them than to not have them. This is an experiment anyway. I still have more beans :)
Its sitting in the "nursery" that I use to germ, which I figure should suffice.
Here's to experimenting?!? Never stop. :upsidedow
Wow, your grow has been an inspiration man... I really appreciate all the detail and construct that you've entered into this log... Toke on my man, you deserve it
Last time you will see them in the 6" pots. They are about ready for the 3 gallon buckets... and just about ready to flip the timer to on (12/12). Will prolly be sunday seeing how I need to let the soil dry out a little more than usual to make transplanting easier...
Turned ozone generator on... They are already beginning to smell danky good
PS, thanks reality0
Details are everything. Its the little details that sometimes go missing from these threads that can offer all the insight or help a persons looking for - especially if they are still in the learning/reading stage(s) :greenthumb:
