alright thanks, how much weed did you put in it, grams cost like 20 around here maybe a little cheaper so i dont want to spend to much. Do you think a gram will be fine?
when you make the tea striaght in the pot is it at all benifical to let the weed simar in the milk, like keep it on low heat for a while. Or is it better to just boil the milk take it off the heat then throw the weed in and let it sit with out any extra heat.
Could there be a downside to letting it simar is it possible to boil off the thc like you and burn cannabutter? or will simaring make it more potent and remove as much thc from the bud as possible.

I posted a similar recipe before. It definitely works. Just to give some people options, I'll repost it here.
Ingredients
High-grade bud
Milk (regular soy milk or whole cow milk)
Concentrated Chai Mix
Equipment
Measuring cups
Cooking pot, stove, and oven
Glass Bottle or Jar
Aluminum Foil
Strainer (optional)
[1] Prepare Bud
To convert THCA to THC, grind up all the bud into little bitty pieces. Rip off a sheet of foil and fold up the edges, then put the ground bud in a thin layer on the flat center.
7 minutes at 325 F
[2] Magic Milk
Bring milk to a near boil on stove top. Reduce heat to low and stir in the cooked bud (get every last piece). Stir frequently on the low heat for 10 minutes.
Pour milk into the glass bottle, seal the top, and give it a shake. Let stand for 15 minutes (to cool). Put bottle in fridge.
[3] Milk to Chai
Combine equal portions magic milk and chai mix. Serve over ice. At this point you can strain out the bud bits from the milk by pouring through a strainer.
Measurements
A good serving is 2 cups of chai, so that means one cup of milk. Let's say you want 1/4 g per serving with four servings, then use 4 cups milk and 1 gram of bud.
